This is a very interesting way to do some exercise. I absolutely love using this. It's very well made. I love the handles on this, they are very comfortable especially if you're exercising a lot. It's very easy to get a grip on and use and one of my favorite parts about this tubing. I used to just use resistance bands for exercise, but this tubing is a much better option and i would highly recommend it over resistance bands. The tubing is also very durable and well built. I have accidently dropped some heavy load on it and everything still works fine and the handles are still attached.
I have been using these for nearly two weeks with no problems and i love it. Overall, I highly recommend this product.
