This is a very high quality and well made yoga ball. It is anti burst so the material it's made out of is very strong and hard, it's still comfortable to use, but it's much harder than normal yoga balls. Another thing is to make sure you get the right size, i've attached a picture of the size chart in the back. Use it to pick which size to yet, it's very unhealthy to do yoga on ball that either too small or too big for you.
It comes with an air pump that works really fast. It's large and pushes a lot of air in, i took me about 5 to 10 mins to complete the whole process. You're only supposed to fill it up 80% originally and then fill up the rest the next day. This give the ball time to expand. That's what i did and everything has been working well.
Overall, this is a quality product and i highly recommend it.
