I have a friend who suffers from varicose veins and i got these for him. As you know, the important thing about compression sucks in these occasions is that they can't be too tight or too lose. That's why doctors usually give out straps which you can wrap around you legs instead, so you can choose how tight you want it.
Sometimes he does not have the time to put on the straps, so he uses the calves compression and compression socks i've been getting him. This is one of the best ones he has used. It's not too tight like some others, but it's also not too loose which would make it pointless. The best part is that it gets your calves and your feet, which is great for him.
Other than their usefulness against varicose veins, they are also handy for people that do a lot of standing up at work and they can provide a lot of comfort, so i highly recommend these.
