This is a really cool and adorable Fascinator Hat, I really love it. You can wear it anywhere on your hair. The one in the amazon picture shows the hat more towards the front, but my GF likes to wear it towards the back instead and it looks just as good. I got the blue one and i love the design on it, it's really well made. Something like this would cost so much more in a specialty store, but the price here is amazing for what you get.
Overall, this is a very nice and very classy hat and i highly recommend it to anyone looking to up their style for a fancy party.
