I've had this pair of silicone baking mats for a couple weeks now and they have gone through a lot of use for the holiday season, and even then they look as if they were just unwrapped from the box today. They truly haven't lost any of their functionality, color, or shape. These are some of the best and most well made silicone mats i have ever used.
They work outstanding for baking cookies. I've also used them for making toffee. I pour the hot toffee onto the mats and after the toffee has cooled, I simply lift a corner of the mat. The toffee breaks free from the mat with ease. To clean them use a warm cloth and in a matter of seconds they're ready to be stored until you need them again. Always be sure not to puncture the mat coating or cut them in any way as it will void any warranty as well as cause them to deteriorate over time.
It also comes with a two year guarantee, which is amazing. Pretty much if anything happens to it, they get you a new one for free.
In all, this product is well worth the money. Highly recommended.
