My reason for buying this is to improve my forearm, wrist, and hand grip strength.
At the time of the review, I have had it for about a week, but so far I am impressed with it. It is very well built, with the plastic very solid, and any seams from the molding process have been well rounded so that it does not irritate my skin when using it. It is very easy to adjust for different levels of force, and the spring is being compressed rather than stretched, which prevents any parts flying off that could result in injury in the unlikely event that it breaks. Very nice form factor and fits in my hands very comfortably (8.5 inches/22 cm thumb tip-to-pinkie tip, 8.5 inches/22 cm wrist-to-middle finger tip).
Overall, this is a great product and i highly recommend it. It would a great Christmas gift.
