This is a great meat tenderizer and i'm a huge fan of it. It was surprisingly much better than i had expected, it was a lot more higher quality and much more well made than i thought it would have been considering the price point, nonetheless the surprise was a pleasant one.
I used to only use hammer tenderizer before and i've heard that these types are much better and much quicker so i decided to give it a shot. After using it for the past two weeks i have to say it's much better than using a hammer. Not only is quicker and more fun, but it's also more effective. You can literally taste the difference. The 48 sharp blades on this machine penetrate about 2 inches into the meat. Which makes tenderizing much easier.
Not only does it work well, but it's also well made. The blades are sharp and stainless steel and there's also a cover to protect the blades anyone who accidentally uses it.
